Arc'teryx New Store Party

Arc'teryx approached me for a collaboration to announce their new store opening in Cherry Creek Mall. After a few brainstorming meetings, we decided on a free climbing night at our Denver gym. The event featured two Arc'teryx athletes (Drew Ruana & Cece Kopf) hosting climbing clinics, a newly set challenge wall for participants to win Arc'teryx products, two DJs, free alcohol and food, local vendors, and a raffle.

In addition to the pre-planning collaborations with the remaining marketing team and the Arc'teryx team, I oversaw day-of operations, ensuring the staff had the understanding and support needed for the large number of visitors. The event was a success, attracting 54% of our attendees as non-members.
